Q – Which currency is used on your website?

A – Our default currency on www.shadowscollection.com is Indian Rupee (INR). However, you can use the currency selector to change it as needed.

Q – Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A – Regrettably, after an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible since our team begins processing it immediately.

Q – I’ve just made an order. Can I add more items to it?

A – We’re sorry, but once an order is placed, additional items cannot be added. You’ll need to place a separate order for additional items and notify us at care@shadowscollection.com.

Q – Will I get a notification email post-ordering?

A – Certainly! After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent. If you don’t receive it, check your spam/junk folder before reaching out to order@shadowscollection.com.

Q – What exactly is a “Pre-Order”?

A – Pre-Order allows customers to purchase popular items that are currently out of stock or items that are being introduced but are being restocked soon. Payment for Pre-Orders is upfront.

Q – When can I expect my Pre-Order to be delivered?

A – Each product specifies its expected delivery date. Shadows Collection strives to adhere to these timelines but is not accountable for unforeseen delays in Pre-Order shipments. Please remember, modifications or cancellations of Pre-Orders are not entertained.

Q – How can I change the delivery address after ordering?

A – For address changes, promptly email care@shadowscollection.com. However, changes are only feasible if the order hasn’t been dispatched.

Q – When will my order be dispatched?

A – Typically, orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment, barring pre-orders. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays. We utilize Standard Courier for Indian orders and Aramex for international ones.

Q – How can I monitor my order’s progress?

A – A tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder or contact care@shadowscollection.com. For international orders, tracking information is shared via email.

Q – What if my package is lost or doesn’t arrive?

A – Upon dispatch from our warehouse, the responsibility for the package lies with the courier service. In the rare event of a lost package, reach out to care@shadowscollection.com, and we’ll assist in tracking it down. Shadows Collection doesn’t bear liability for delays once the package is with the courier.
