Unfortunately, SHADOWS COLLECTION does not offer Refunds. However, All full priced purchases can be exchanged for a different in-stock design.
SALE ITEMS are Final Sales and cannot be returned.
In order to make an exchange, please contact us on orders@shadowscollection.com with your order number and reason for exchange request. We will then send you exchange instructions.
Exchanged items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Shadows Collection reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
We are unable to process exchanges until your item is physically received by us in our factory. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.
We strive to get all orders packed and sent out ASAP and within the correct time frame, however we cannot take responsibility for factors beyond our control e.g. courier services not running to schedule.
Please allow upto 7 WORKING DAYS for your exchange to be processed. Please email us regarding your return if it has been longer than 10 working days since you posted your return.
