TERMS & CONDITIONS

Upon making a purchase, we’ll need your personal details including name, email, contact number, payment method, and address. We’ll confirm receipt of your order, but this doesn’t imply a completed sale. A finalized sale occurs only after order approval, processing, and dispatch. We retain the right to cancel orders due to payment concerns or possible fraud. If a refund is necessary for a revoked order already billed to a credit card, Shadows Collection will process a refund within a week.

While Shadows Collection strives to ensure the accuracy of product prices and details, there’s no assurance until the order is finalized. If discrepancies arise, we reserve the discretion to revoke the order and provide a refund.

CURRENCY

Our default pricing is in Indian Rupee (INR). However, for our international clientele, we offer the option to view prices in their local currency.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, PayPal, and UPI (only within India).

SHIPPING FOR PRE-ORDERS

During peak seasons, we can’t assure specific delivery times for pre-ordered items. Arrival dates for these items might change due to unforeseen events beyond our control. Items might arrive sooner or face delays.

If you need an item urgently, we recommend selecting from our available stock. Once pre-orders are in stock, we ensure shipment within two business days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note, Shadows Collection doesn’t process refunds. We only facilitate product exchanges at this time.
