SHADOWS COLLECTION SHIPS WORLDWIDE!

For Domestic Buyers in India: Shadows Collection provides complimentary shipping for all orders within India. We rely on our trusted Standard Courier service for deliveries within India. Once your order is processed and dispatched, it typically arrives within 2 days. However, deliveries to rural areas might require an additional 2-3 working days. Orders are usually ready for dispatch within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. In case your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, kindly reach out to care@shadowscollection.com, mentioning your Full Name and Order Number, and we’ll look into it. Please note that Shadows Collection is not responsible for items lost when using Standard Courier. If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered, it’s up to the customer to investigate and address the issue.

For International Orders: We use DHL EXPRESS for international shipping, which requires a signature upon delivery. We’re unable to ship to PO boxes, so a physical address is necessary.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery times do not account for potential customs clearance delays. Note: Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are borne by the customer. In cases where a package is undeliverable due to unpaid import taxes, incorrect addresses, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, etc., the package may be discarded. If the package needs to be redirected for reasons mentioned, additional shipping fees will be charged to the recipient. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, we cannot be held accountable for delays beyond our control, such as courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience. Information on Pre-Order Shipping: We can’t promise exact delivery dates for Pre-order items. Arrival estimates for Pre-orders can change due to unforeseen circumstances. They might arrive earlier or face delays. Shadows Collection isn’t responsible for any delays concerning Pre-orders. If you need an item for a specific event, it’s advisable to order an item that’s currently in stock. Once Pre-orders are available, we ensure they are dispatched within the next 48 working hours.
